# First Time Log-In
> Get started with your company account or create your own—logging in is quick and simple.
### Create an account
1. Navigate to [ambient.commure.com](http://ambient.commure.com)
2. At the very bottom, next to "Don't have an account?", click "Sign-up"
3. Enter your work email and preferred password, then click "Create Account"
### Log-in to an account that's already been created for you
1. Navigate to [ambient.commure.com](http://ambient.commure.com)
2. Enter your work email, then click "Continue"
3. For new accounts, use "Forgot Password" to reset to a preferred password
4. Log-in using your work email and new password
### Expanded Login Options
Sign up or log in using your preferred provider—now including **Apple ID**, **Google**, and **SSO**. This expanded flexibility lets you use your existing credentials for a faster, streamlined access experience.
